Digital Media Coordinator
The Digital Media Coordinator will be responsible for working with the Director of Marketing to market the events for the XL Center and the Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field. They will help create content, maintain, and build email campaigns and social media followings on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok for XL Center and Pratt & Whitney Stadium.

Guest Services Event Staff
As a member of the Guest Services Team, you will be an essential part of the Guest experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the potential to work in several different areas of the arena. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to ushering, ticket scanning, concourse customer service, greeter. You will have the opportunity to assist our guests by offering directions and sharing information while creating a World Class experience. Your job will be to keep our fans safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Event Security
This position is responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests at the XL Center and Pratt & Whitney Stadium.
XL Center Part-Time Positions (Union)
Ice Resurfacer Driver
Ice Resurfacer Drivers are responsible for maintaining ice quality to NHL standards through scheduled resurfacing and other assigned ice maintenance including but not limited to installation and deconstruction of the hockey ice surface.
Ice Crew
Ice Crew will be a member of a professional, high-energy ice maintenance and interactive team. Team members will be outgoing, athletic, and experienced skaters interested in hockey and ice operations.
Custodian
The custodial staff is responsible for ensuring the facility meets or exceeds standards of cleanliness to the utmost in guest satisfaction before, during, and after all events. Custodial staff must be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Custodial staff must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below.
Facility Worker
Facility Workers are responsible for ensuring set-up and tear downs for events are completed according to specifications in a safe and timely manner. They are also responsible for basic maintenance and upkeep of both the building and property. Facilities workers must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skill and abilities.

This position is responsible for selling new FSEs and group ticket packages as well as smaller ticket packages that management creates throughout the season.
