Seating:
Seating is first-come, first-serve and no seats are allowed to be saved. ADA seating is for one person and a companion - we are unable to accommodate all family members.
Flowers:
Flowers will be sold inside the XL Center
Prohibited Items:
- Cameras are allowed but no tripods or single-leg stands are allowed
- Balloons
- Signs
- Bags, backpacks, or briefcases
- Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to: (guns, knives/pocket knives, multi-tools, chains, spikes, projectiles, tasers, mace/pepper spray)
- Pets (other than service animals)
- Outside Food and/or beverages
- Alcoholic beverages, drugs, or other illegal substances
- Laptop computers and/or tablets/iPad
- Skateboards, Heelys, hoverboards, roller blades, scooters or bicycles
- Drones
- Sticks or poles of any size
- Selfie Sticks, monopods, and/or tripods
- Golf umbrellas
- Laser pointers or similar items
- Artificial noisemakers of any kind, including but not limited to: (drums, air horns, whistles)
- Glow sticks or any kind of glow jewelry
- Devices that light up or emit noise
- Large banners or any sign attached to a stick or pole
- Inappropriate attire or signage including full facial coverings such as full masks
- Any item deemed to be potentially dangerous or distracting by arena management, team, or show production.
Schedule of Commencement:
- 1:30 p.m. Graduates begin arriving at the XL Center
- 2:00 p.m. Doors to the arena seating area open and guests may take seats
- 2:30 p.m. Graduates line up in designated area
- 2:45 p.m. Family and guests should be seated
- 3:00 p.m. Procession begins
- 3:30 p.m. Graduation begins
- 6:00 p.m. Commencement ends (approximate)
